  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support the Finance Manager in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with auditors.
  • Assist in managing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure business sustainability.
  • Review and improve internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.
