Assistant Admin Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant Administrative Manager to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure the smooth functioning of the office, and support the management team in achieving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking, handling staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise administrative staff, drivers, and support teams.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping for contracts, assets, and administrative documents.
  • Handle vendor negotiations, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with HR on employee-related matters (attendance, ID cards, leaves, etc.).
  • Manage budgets for administrative expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.
  • Provide support to management in implementing policies and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Male candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
