About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in overseeing the operations of our retail footwear store. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day store operations
• Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Monitor store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback
• Ensure inventory management, stock control, and timely replenishment
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues
• Maintain store visual merchandising and brand standards
• Prepare reports on sales performance, stock levels, and staff productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multi-store retail operations
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
