Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead our branch operations with a primary focus on sales growth in CNC machines and related solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and ensuring branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets in CNC machines.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, vendors, and relevant industry.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

· Oversee branch operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all ongoing operations in Islamabad.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.

· Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and CNC technology advancements.

· Manage Islamabad team and their targets on daily basis.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5+ years of proven experience in sales and business development of CNC machines or industrial equipment.

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
