The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that their team is motivated, disciplined and able to meet goals and objectives, in a timely manner and to contribute to the overall vision and mission of the organization.

Reporting: Operations/Branch Manager

• Achieve financial targets through budgeting, cost control & performance analysis
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, service quality & guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, minimize wastage & ensure SOP compliance
• Lead, train, evaluate & motivate the branch team
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations
• Coordinate with HR, Operations & senior management on staffing and performance

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or Hotel Management
• 3-5 years of minimum experience in a restaurant or related industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within a restaurant or hotel
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Wiring)
• Certified candidates (PIC) highly preferred
• Ability to handle team, significant stress and pressure
• Flexible and willing to work long hours
• Able to join on short notice
• Should have valid UAE driving license

Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
