Job Responsibility:
- Plan, direct and control Branch Operations, compliance, sales and deliver standard customer service
- Lead, motivate , coach, develop and monitor a team of employees in order to achieve the Branch operational efficiency , financial and customer service targets
- Increase branch market share and profitability
- Responsible for customer experience and customer related problems to ensure speed service and recovery
- Support the Branch Manager in day to day running of the branch and officiates as the Branch Manager during his or her leave
- The role holder hold high level of Business orientation and significant levels of technical knowledge to be able to project a customer friendly image of the units as a whole
- Day to Day management of Branch staffs in their assigned Branch and improve in Productivity
- Ability to maintain and enhance Operational Standards and Safeguard the Bank from any potential financial loss
- Authorized to approve transactions within the assigned limit together with appropriate exceptions and waivers
- May possess delegated powers needed to effect high value/high risk transactions
- Find new venues for Retail Business Growth and strike the right balance between service requirement of the customers and operational efficiency
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor graduate
- Minimum 5 years banking or service industry experience in a similar position/role
