Job Responsibility:
- The Branch Manager has direct accountability of the branch financial performance, operational control and delivery of satisfactory customer service.
- The responsibility span across all segments of Retail Banking, personal, priority and SME.
- Meet Branch business and financial targets, improve branch performance and cross sell ratio.
- Operational control & adherence to policy & process / compliance to minimum losses and safeguard the bank from any potential loss.
- Authorize to approve / delegate power needed to effect high value/high risk transaction as per compliance and authority matrix.
- Consistent superior service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Recommend and seek approval for business proposal with significant financial impact.
- Enhance customer experience and ensure delivery of service of high standard to customer.
- Motivate, develop and build strong sense of team work through training/coaching and job rotation
- Manage staff effectively to save manpower through increased productivity
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor graduate
- 5 years of stretched experience (Mandatory 5 years in Banking Supervisory levels)
- UAE National with Family Book
