The objective is to have well-trained dedicated resources in select branches at key Business Banking target markets across UAE, to handle the walk-in customer’s requirements. This would help in better servicing the SME customers once we acquire them. Similarly, it will also help us acquire new to bank SME customers from the branch walk-in
In addition, these resources can help us centrally drive any crucial customer and/or process related projects. Further, their distributed presence will also help us in capturing the market feedback better and we do not have to rely on sales frontline alone for this. Although the core role will be account opening and account servicing, having a dedicated resource at the branch also will help us in generating references or leads for cross-sell.
Identify potential leads for cross-selling / up-selling of products and servicing during the day-to-day interactions with the customers
