We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Business Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and B2B outreach who thrive in a performance-driven remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator and advanced search techniques)
  • Execute strategic LinkedIn outreach and lead generation campaigns
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support consistent business growth
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead hunting and B2B outreach
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and digital prospecting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
