Assistant Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Reporting:

Develop and maintain a monthly leads report, tracking progress and sharing insights with management to guide strategic decisions.

  • Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and developing untapped markets. Represent the company effectively to potential clients and partners.

  • Client Engagement:

Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential clients to build relationships, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into successful partnerships.

  • Project Intelligence:

Build and maintain a database of upcoming projects in relevant sectors to proactively position the company for future business opportunities.

  • Client Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients, ensuring professional communication and strong relationship management.

  • Digital Engagement:

Monitor online business trends, industry updates, and engage actively within online communities to enhance visibility and generate leads.

  • Stakeholder Relations:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies, to strengthen business networks.

  • Representation & Networking:

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company offerings and build strategic alliances.

  • Performance Measurement:

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business development effectiveness. Prepare and present regular reports on outcomes to management.

  • Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture through guidance, feedback, and skill development.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough research to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and assess competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

  • Business Acquisition:

Proactively identify and target new clients through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events to secure new business contracts.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Proposal & Presentation Development:

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client requirements, showcasing the company’s strengths and capabilities.

  • Revenue Growth:

Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of existing client portfolios.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
