Role Description: Assistant Case Manager, Medical Tourism

Are you passionate about helping people and have a knack for planning? IndiCure Health Tours is looking for a dedicated Assistant Case Manager to join our medical tourism team. In this key role, you'll work closely with our Case Manager to guide international patients through their entire medical journey in India, from their initial inquiry to their safe return home.

This position is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships, has a keen eye for detail, and is driven by the desire to make a real difference in people's lives.


What You'll Do:

  • Be the Patient's Guide: You'll be the first point of contact for potential patients from around the world. Your goal is to build trust by promptly responding to their inquiries via email, phone, and other channels. You'll listen to their needs, answer their questions, and help them understand why IndiCure is the right choice for their medical journey.
  • Coordinate Treatment Plans: You'll manage the patient's medical case from start to finish. This includes collecting and organizing their medical records, scheduling virtual consultations with top medical specialists in India, and ensuring seamless communication between the patient and doctor. You'll create detailed, personalized treatment proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.


What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration) with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare, especially in an international context.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a significant plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A high degree of cultural sensitivity and empathy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
