Position Summary:

The Assistant Director Food & Beverage assists the Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage in managing, directing, and coordinating all F&B operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, product quality, and profitability. The position oversees seven F&B outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and banquet operations, ensuring adherence to Marriott brand standards, operational efficiency, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of seven F&B outlets, ensuring consistent service quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Supervise Outlet Managers, Executive Chef, and Banquet Manager to achieve departmental goals.
Conduct regular inspections of outlets and service areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support the EAM F&B in strategic planning and operational execution for all F&B venues.

Financial Performance:
Assist in developing and managing annual F&B budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
Monitor revenue performance, cost control, and profitability of all outlets.
Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and implement cost-saving measures.
Support menu pricing, promotions, and event planning to maximize business potential.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and F&B associates to achieve performance excellence.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for F&B personnel.
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and guest-centric service.

Guest Experience:
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service across all outlets.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and initiate service enhancement measures.

Menu and Product Development:
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and outlet teams on menu design, costing, and presentation.
Support beverage program development, supplier relations, and quality control.
Introduce innovative food and beverage concepts to enhance guest experience and competitiveness.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, HACCP, and local food safety laws.
Conduct regular hygiene, safety, and sanitation audits in coordination with relevant departments.
Promote best practices in food handling, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.


Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management within a 5-star international hotel environment.
Proven experience in managing multiple F&B outlets (minimum five or more) including banquets and specialty restaurants.
Demonstrated success in achieving financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
Foreign-return Pakistani candidates will be given preference.
