Production Executive (Food)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Executive to join our team. As a Production Executive you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing food production processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently met within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage food production processes, ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, quality control procedures, and sanitation regulations.
• Supervise production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and ensuring high levels of productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Food Engineering.
• 2–4 years of proven production experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in food production management.
• In-depth knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in food production.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
