The role focuses on developing high-value client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and supporting the Director of Sales in implementing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
 
* Assist the Director of Sales in planning and executing corporate sales strategies to expand market share.
* Identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts to increase occupancy and revenue.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management, regular meetings, and personalized service.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and capture new business opportunities.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue analysis.
* Coordinate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align initiatives and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
* Represent voco Dubai at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and establish new partnerships.
* Negotiate contracts and manage rate agreements in line with company policies and profitability goals.
* Foster long-term client partnerships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
 
Ideal Profile
 
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
* 4+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant director role.
* Strong network of corporate clients and market knowledge in Dubai and GCC regions.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales campaigns.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi, or similar).
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
