Project & Development Services - MENA
JLL Project & Development Services (P&DS) MENA provides consulting, design, management and build services to tenant and owners, leveraging technology and digital solutions to drive outstanding service delivery.
We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients, from development solutions to our core services in programme, project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions, tenancy management, sustainability, leisure & entertainment, and workplace & design.

The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Document Controller to join our Project Development Services (PDS) team in Egypt. This role supports the efficient management and control of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintaining accurate records for construction and development projects.
What This Job InvolvesMaintain document control systems and registers for PDS projects.
Track, distribute, and file project documents including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Support document review and approval processes with version control.
Coordinate document submissions between teams, consultants, and stakeholder.
Prepare transmittals and maintain document logs.
Assist with archiving, retrieval, and status reporting.
Ensure compliance with company document control procedures.

Desired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years document control experience, preferably construction/development.
Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
Knowledge of construction project documentation processes.
AutoCAD and project management software experience preferred.
Understanding of quality assurance procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
