Job Purpose:
Evaluate and assess the technical/engineering aspects of current and prospective corporate clients and their corresponding projects.
Job Accountabilities
Client Documentation:

Review and confirm compliance of project credentials submitted by GB clients for ongoing and anticipated projects with Contract Financing guidelines.

Ensure that all clients obtain required documents essential to evaluate project work in line with GB’s Corporate Banking regulations.
Project Management:

Prepare technical assessments of client’s organization and general reviews of client’s project portfolio.

Conduct periodic site visits.
Cost Analysis:

Verify cost performance and performance quality of the project and highlight gaps to ensure adequate risk assessment.

Review project schedules and monitor payment processes to keep track with the Corporate Team.
Project Recommendations:

Suggest technical recommendations to assist the Corporate Team in analyzing Loan & LC limits for the respective clients.
Reports:

Review existing project information to create reports to appraise senior management of the performance and progress of the projects.
Action Plan:
-
Develop and implement field action plans and ensure alignment with GBK corporate banking strategy to optimize risk versus reward.
