Location: Remote – Pakistan (flexible hours to coordinate with management)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be ACCA qualified with 2–3 years of relevant experience, capable of handling end-to-end finance operations and supporting senior management with accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements; maintain comprehensive financial records and support monthly/quarterly closings.

Ledger & Reconciliation: Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and party accounts; perform regular bank and cash reconciliations; ensure accurate entries in QuickBooks.

Tax Compliance: Calculate, maintain, and submit Federal & Provincial Sales Taxes, Service Taxes, and Income Taxes; maintain complete income tax records for audit and compliance.

Sales & Analytics: Run sales analytics using relevant software to generate actionable insights; monitor cash flow trends.

Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills

ACCA qualified (mandatory).

2–3 years of proven accounting/finance experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong grasp of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a remote setup; high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred: Prior experience working with a garment/apparel SME brand (strong plus).
