Assistant Finance Manager

OK-Coupons is a fast-growing, customer-focused organization operating in a dynamic and digital-driven marketplace. As we continue to expand in Qatar, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance leadership team in Lusail.

Role Overview
The Assistant Finance Manager will support the financial planning, reporting, and control functions of the organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional aiming to advance into senior management while contributing to accurate financial decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Monitor financial performance and highlight key business trends
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulations
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
• Assist in cash flow management and working capital monitoring
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Contribute to improving financial systems, controls, and processes
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
