About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia's northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views.

About The Role
As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will support the daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, motivating, and rewarding wellness experience. You will assist in supervising the fitness team, maintaining equipment, and delivering exceptional service.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Fitness Manager in overseeing fitness operations and staff.
  • Supervise daily activities, ensuring service standards and safety protocols are followed.
  • Assist in coordinating fitness programs, classes, and personal training sessions.
  • Monitor and maintain gym equipment, reporting repairs or replacements.
  • Provide guidance to guests on safe and effective equipment use.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in fitness center operations or supervision.
  • Certification in fitness, personal training, CPR, or First Aid (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Guest-focused, energetic, and motivating personality.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
