Assistant General Manager

daily team logistics as we scale across multiple products and teams.

This is not a traditional HR role or executive assistant / operation manager. It’s a practical, execution-focused position for someone who can think, organize, follow up, and get things done.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor Hubstaff (core hours, attendance, productivity reports)
  • Track leaves, absences, and working hours
  • Prepare simple weekly/monthly operational summaries
  • Coordinate monthly team meetings (planning, booking, follow-ups)
  • Manage company assets (laptops, equipment, handovers, documentation)
  • Organize and maintain internal files and documentation (Google Drive)
  • Research, compare, and evaluate tools (HR, leave management, productivity, internal systems)
  • Use AI tools to support research, summaries, and process documentation
  • Test internal systems and provide structured feedback
  • Support hiring operations (scheduling, assessments, candidate follow-ups)
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Create practical workarounds when tools or processes are not working
  • Help improve internal workflows and team efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Comfortable using Google Docs, Drive, and shared tools
  • Able to research tools and present clear, practical recommendations
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for productivity
  • Problem-solver with a practical, execution mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Operations, HR, Admin, or Project Coordination
  • Experience in tech or SaaS environments
  • Exposure to time-tracking or HR systems
