This is not a traditional HR role or executive assistant / operation manager. It’s a practical, execution-focused position for someone who can think, organize, follow up, and get things done.
Responsibilities

Monitor Hubstaff (core hours, attendance, productivity reports)

Track leaves, absences, and working hours

Prepare simple weekly/monthly operational summaries

Coordinate monthly team meetings (planning, booking, follow-ups)

Manage company assets (laptops, equipment, handovers, documentation)

Organize and maintain internal files and documentation (Google Drive)

Research, compare, and evaluate tools (HR, leave management, productivity, internal systems)

Use AI tools to support research, summaries, and process documentation

Test internal systems and provide structured feedback

Support hiring operations (scheduling, assessments, candidate follow-ups)

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

Create practical workarounds when tools or processes are not working

Help improve internal workflows and team efficiency
Requirements

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Good command of Excel / Google Sheets

Comfortable using Google Docs, Drive, and shared tools

Able to research tools and present clear, practical recommendations

Familiar with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for productivity

Problem-solver with a practical, execution mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
