We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR to lead and manage all human resources functions for our growing restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, in-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, and proven ability to manage multi-branch hospitality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower allocation across all branches.
  • Coordinate with PRO and relevant authorities for all visa, work permit, and labor card matters.
  • Handle payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation systems, including appraisals and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and liaise with government authorities as required.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and oversee disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Plan and coordinate training programs, performance management initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR administration, prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • 8-10 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and payroll
  • Good knowledge in Performance evaluation and KPI
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume staff across multiple locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
