As the Assistant Director of HR, you will partner closely with the Director of HR to oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws and union agreements, and drive initiatives that strengthen associate engagement, learning and development, and community involvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on HR generalist with proven HR leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you are currently an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or HR Business Partner seeking to advance into a senior HR leadership role, this position allows you to make a meaningful impact on both people strategy and the success of a premier, luxury hotel.
