supports the HR Manager in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and complace,policy implementation. They bridge management and staff, ensuring smooth HR functions, compliance, and employee engagement. Key skills include organization, communication, and proficiency in HR software. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations and Welfare: Handling grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and addressing employee concerns.
  • Administrative Operations: Managing attendance, leave, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Compliance and Policies: Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing and answering questions regarding benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
