Job Purpose
The Assistant HR Manager supports the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, and managing key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring costs) and prepare reports.

Support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with finance.

Handle employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
