Assistant Infant Room Teacher/Floater

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment, assist with social/emotional learning, and provide exceptional care. Responsibilities

• Implement our ready made evidence based curriculum.
• Ensure all state licensing standards and parent request for diaper changes, bottles, and meals.
• Assist in maintaining a very clean and tidy environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding needs of each child.
• Provide early intervention strategies for students who require additional support.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in classroom management and child welfare practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A solid understanding of childhood development theories and practices.
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their growth.
