Assistant IT

Provide technical support and IT services to employees in coordination with the IT Engineer.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, network devices, printers, and other IT equipment.

Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT resources.

Document IT processes, technical procedures, and service requests.

Assist in software updates, backups, and security measures.

Support IT projects, system upgrades, and deployment of new technology solutions.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and standard operating procedures.

*Skills & Competencies:*

Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches).

Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and common business software.

Basic hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers).

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
