Job Description

The System / Network Engineer (L1) will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. The role includes troubleshooting operating system, application, network, and connectivity issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, supporting VPN and Wi-Fi access, monitoring infrastructure health through monitoring tools, performing routine maintenance tasks, verifying backups, documenting incidents and resolutions, and ensuring all support requests are handled within agreed service levels. Managing and responding to users on ITSM tools.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BS Computer Science).
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network support roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Windows Administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting, IT Helpdesk support, and hardware/software installation.
• ITSM & Tools: Experience in managing and responding to user support tickets via ITSM tools, incident management, and reporting.
• Maintenance & Monitoring: Capability to monitor infrastructure health, perform routine maintenance, verify backups, and troubleshoot VPN/Wi-Fi issues.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
