We are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter
to join our
Contingent Workforce (CW) Desk
, supporting the firm’s fast-growing demand for
Third-Party Resources (TPR)
across diverse business lines. This role goes beyond transactional recruitment—it requires strong vendor management, deep understanding of
compliance frameworks
, and the ability to handle
high-volume, complex staffing needs
with speed and accuracy.
The recruiter will partner closely with business stakeholders, Strategic Sourcing, HR Operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth and compliant hiring. This position is critical to driving
agility, cost efficiency, and compliance
in the contingent workforce hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Delivery
-
Own the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for contingent workforce requirements (demand intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure).

Manage
demands at scale
across service lines and geographies ( Tech & Non-Tech)

Deliver within agreed SLAs, ensuring
speed, quality, and cost efficiency
in hiring.

Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.

Lead team of recruiters to achieve defined goals, act as mentor.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Drive
TPR recruitment activities
across all
business units
.

Act as the SPOC between business stakeholders and vendors for demand fulfillment.

Handle escalations and provide solutions for critical business demands.
3. Compliance & Governance
-
Ensure strict adherence to
firm’s risk, quality, and compliance guidelines
in contingent hiring.

Coordinate on
conversion addendums, contract renewals, and compensation benchmarking
.

Maintain audit-ready documentation and reports to support internal and external reviews.
4. Reporting & Analytics
-
Track and publish
weekly/monthly dashboards
on hiring progress, vendor performance, and SLA compliance.

Analyze vendor margins, rate trends, and hiring bottlenecks to provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency.
Skills & Competencies
-
Proven expertise in
contingent workforce hiring / contract staffing
.

Strong
vendor management
experience (preferably with multiple TPR partners).

Knowledge of
MSAs, compliance frameworks, and rate card management
.

Ability to
manage high-volume hiring
independently under tight deadlines.

Strong
stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
-
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

6–9 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition
, with at least 4 to 5 years in
contingent/contract hiring
.
