Assistant Manager

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures  Supervise and manage daily operations and lead the team to achieve daily production targets  Ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and adhere to quality standards  Ensure team members are properly trained on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control procedures  Manage the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of new products  Ensure routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to maintain operational efficiency  Assist in resolving production issues, including any quality or process problems  Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any mechanical or electrical issues promptly  Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
