Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: To build a stronger relationship and negotiate with Hotels to get the best rates and allocations for hotels suitable mainly for India Market
Educational Background
- Bachelor/ Graduation Degree; preferably with a Post Graduation Degree
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same role in a DMC/ Tour Operator in Dubai (with Sales/ Reservations/ Contracting background handling Indian Market) and with established relations with Dubai City Hotels (all categories)
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of UAE Hotels, especially Dubai City Hotels.
- Knowlegde of source markets (India) + products
- Effective Communication Skills
- Organization & Administrative skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Relationship Building
- Able to work independently and with the team
- Crisis Management
Language - English (both written and verbal mandatory) + additional languages will be an advantage
Computer Literacy - Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Preferable Background - Reservations/ Package creation
