Assistant Manager Accounts

Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our Finance & Accounts Department. The role requires strong expertise in financial management, taxation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Position: Assistant Manager Accounts
Location: Lahore
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

· Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.

· Monitor aging reports, maintain vendor accounts, and ensure compliance with tax requirements

· Review and ensure accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and ledgers.

· Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

· Monitor and manage cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

· Coordinate with procurement and other departments for invoice approvals and financial data.

· Develop and implement internal controls to improve financial operations and compliance.

· Support and coordinate during internal and external audits (including payables-related audits).

· Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.

· Mentor and guide junior team members within the Finance & Accounts Department.

Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

· Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
