Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – Accounts will be responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, finalization of accounts, and supporting the CA/Higher Authority in financial reporting and audits. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to guide a small team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Compliance
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations).
  • Assist in finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
  • Financial Control & Analysis
  • Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables.
  • Prepare budget vs. actual reports, variance analysis.
  • Support internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors/CA.
  • Team Supervision
  • Guide and review work of junior accountants/executives.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience of Handling Ecommerce Accounting.
  • 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on with Tally ERP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
