Assistant Manager Accounts (MALE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly reports, and budgets.
• Accounts Management:Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payments.
• Reconciliation:Reconcile financial discrepancies and bank transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Audit Support:Provide documentation and explanations for internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement solutions.
• Team Supervision:Supervise accounting teams, train staff, and foster teamwork.
• Financial Data Analysis:Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Required Skills:

• Technical:Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and financial systems.
• Analytical:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Organizational:Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership:Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster teamwork, and work independently.
• Attention to Detail:A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for financial record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role is generally expected.
• Experience with specific accounting software and financial reporting tools is often necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
