Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Accounts

Job Location: Attur, Salem.

Department: Financial Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory filings.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and TCS compliance including returns, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors for financial reviews.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Drive process improvements and implement accounting best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience in a mid-to-large scale organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in handling team.
