Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Accounts
Job Location: Attur, Salem.
Department: Financial Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, collections, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory filings.
- Manage GST, TDS, and TCS compliance including returns, audits, and reconciliations.
- Maintain ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors for financial reviews.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Drive process improvements and implement accounting best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Advanced skills in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
