Assistant Manager Admin

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage vendors for timely repair & maintenance and minimize vehicle downtime

✅ Process vendor payments through PR software and record expenses in ERP

✅ Handle fuel matters (Shell / Total Parco) for vehicles and maintain generator fuel logs

✅ Manage travel and hotel accommodation for company officials with cost-saving options

✅ Ensure inventory availability (grocery items & vehicle spare parts)

✅ Vendor management including supplier coordination, rate negotiations & payment cycle process

✅ Handle vehicle documentation, road tax, and moving advertisement matters

✅ Ensure timely submission of utility bills and maintain complete records

✅ Provide admin support to departments and ensure quick response to queries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
