Assistant Manager - Administartion

Oversee and manage security operations, control room activities, and overall site safety.

Manage company mess operations and accommodation facilities for labour, executives, managers, and guests.

Coordinate and liaise with external departments and authorities (federal, and other regulatory bodies).

Supervise company transportation operations, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and maintenance.

Handle petty cash expenses, travel claims, and related administrative expenditures in accordance with company policy.

Ensure smooth administration of facilities while maintaining discipline, compliance, and cost control.

Prepare administrative and expense-related reports and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards across all administrative and facility operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gujrat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Administartion Management : 4 years (Required)
