Assistant Manager – Business Development

Location: Okhla Phase III, Delhi
Experience: Minimum 1–5 Years (B2B Sales)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Salary: ₹55,000 (Monthly Net Salary) + ₹30,000 Monthly Variables

Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building strong corporate relationships. In this role, you will drive B2B sales, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential corporate clients and business partners.
  • Confidently pitch company services and solutions through meetings, calls, presentations, and demos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of client requirements.
  • Track sales activities, leads, conversions, and pipeline updates in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Support business growth initiatives and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,050,000.00 per year
