Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timely manner
- Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting company's product.
- Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.) to achieve sales target
- Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
- Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize company Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business
- Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
