We are looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team.

If you have hands-on experience in NPD, market research, and competitor analysis within the Pharmaceutical Industry, this opportunity is for you!

Position: Assistant Manager – Business Development

Location: Islamabad

What you’ll do:

* Drive end-to-end NPD projects across Pharma, Nutra, OTC & Medical Devices

* Maintain project dashboards, trackers & execution timelines

* Ensure milestone completion and cross-functional coordination

* Conduct research on new molecules, market dynamics & global trends

* Perform competitor analysis and prepare market insights for decision-making

What we’re looking for:

✔ Pharm-D (Mandatory) – MBA preferred

✔ 3–5 years experience in Pharma/Nutra BD

✔ Strong analytical, communication & documentation skills

✔ Proficiency in Excel (CPAs/forecasting), PowerPoint & data handling

✔ Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines
