Assistant Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve monthly revenue and patient volume targets through structured doctor calls, referrals, and follow-ups.

· Build and maintain strong referral relationships with OBG consultants, pediatricians, neonatologists, clinics, and nursing homes.

· Plan and execute CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and promotional activities.

· Coordinate marketing and community outreach programs such as antenatal sessions, mother education, vaccination drives, and school health initiatives.

· Train and onboard new team members on hospital services and market dynamics.

· Prepare monthly action plans, MIS reports, and performance analyses.

· Support corporate tie-ups and ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
