HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently looking for a highly competent & experienced Business graduate having exposure working in field sales at freight forwarding/logistics for one of our clients in logistics Industry.

Position: Assistant Manager Business Development (freight forwarding)

Location: Karachi-Sindh

Job type: Regular - (Annual renewable contract)

Job Description:

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with customers by ensuring highest level of customer’s satisfaction continuously.

- Develop and execute sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.

- Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.

- Actively plan, prepare, and realize sales calls for better customer retention and new business acquisition.

- Conduct surveys and market intelligence gathering to assess, target the potential business prospects and review competitor behavior.

Requirement:

- Preferably Master's degree in relevant field with at 5-6 years of working experience in field sales at freight forwarding.

- Broad understanding of trade lane specifics in the forwarding industry and deep knowledge of Air Freight, and logistics business models.

- Capability to deliver presentations and highly effective in conducting sales negotiations.

- Must have excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills.

- Command over Microsoft Office and other related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
