Position Summary
Main Purpose of Job:
Provide financial insight and governance across Supply Chain operations by acting as a strategic business partner to both Finance and Supply Chain teams. Ensure effective cost management, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in distribution cost optimization.

Act as a key Finance Business Partner to the Supply Chain function, providing financial expertise and insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

Represent Supply Chain perspectives within the Finance Management team (Taxation, ACR, ACP, Treasury, Planning & Control, Decision Support, etc.).

Represent Finance & Control (F&C) within the Supply Chain Management team (Customer Service, Procurement, D&SP, Physical Logistics, Supply Chain Development).

Lead and support distribution cost initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between financial targets and operational execution.

Ensure compliance with Nestlé accounting standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Key Experiences
What Will Make You Successful

Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance / bachelor’s in finance & accounting).

3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in Supply Chain Controlling, Logistics, or Procurement.

Experience in participating in or leading cross-functional projects.
