Assistant Manager -Costing

We are looking for Asst Manager -Costing preferably from the Automobile industry or any other manufacturing to join our team. The incumbent must be having atleast 3-4 yrs of experience in financial management, reporting, compliance, budgeting, costing, system automation, and cross-department coordination to ensure accurate, efficient, and strategic business operations.

Education: MBA Finance preferably

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to check and analyze manufacturing costs also checking reports and sharing it with the line manager.

2. Check the collected data to maintain and computation of actual and standard costing.

3. Check and update the actual and standard cost of the product to be shared with the line manager.

4. Check and analyze product-related costing and reporting.

5. Responsible to check the finished goods (FG) standard cost for selling price to be shared with the line manager.

6. Able to work closely with various sourcing departments to have BOM cost in timely manner and with accuracy.

7. Responsible to manage and monitor BOM, standard costs, selling price, and product structures is accurately.

8. Check and perform monthly physical stock count for raw material and work in progress, review and verify the stock report.

9. Check and review routine cost roll-up activities - ensure completeness and accuracy.

10. Check monthly COGS analysis for manufacturing variances and related analysis.

11. Able to prepare monthly cost consumption reports.

12. Check and update standard cost changes from time to time.

13. In coordination with the line manager involved in the yearly budget calculation for raw material consumption report.
