Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of store associates to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders with high accuracy.
• Maintain stock discipline and coordinate with the Inventory Lead for replenishment.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor store hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive the team to achieve daily productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to deliver strong performance.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues on the floor.
• Coordinate with Quality, Inventory, and Delivery teams for smooth workflow.
• Support Store Manager in reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, dark store, or warehouse operations.
• Prior experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role required.
• Experience in quick commerce or Fruits & Vegetables retail operations is an added advantage.Preffered companies
