Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Data Analyst (Pre Induction). The role involves analyzing production data, developing performance dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve productivity, efficiency, and process optimization across the manufacturing unit.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: CA / ACCA (Part Qualified) or Bachelor’s in a relevant field
• Experience: 4–5 years of experience in a data-driven or analytical role (preferably in a production or manufacturing environment)

Key Knowledge & Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on production data and performance metrics.
• Proficient in advanced Excel for building analytical models and productivity tools.
• Experienced in preparing analytical reports, KPIs, and BI dashboards for production tracking.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and provide insights for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with production teams and management.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.
