Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist – Growth Analytics to join our team at the Assistant Manager level. You will be pivotal in driving data-driven growth strategies by analyzing marketing and product data, building predictive models, and leading experimentation efforts. Your insights will directly impact customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across our products and marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy advanced analytics models to identify growth opportunities across marketing and product funnels.- Use machine learning and statistical methods to predict user behavior, lifetime value, churn, and segmentation.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns and product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering, finance) to align analytics solutions with business goals.
- Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python, and relevant BI tools to monitor key growth metrics.
- Lead and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.- Expertise in Machine Learning (ML) techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, and predictive modelling.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or product analytics roles
