Assistant Manager - Design & Development

Bukhari HR Consultancy is hiring for a leading Automotive Parts Manufacturer for their plant located at Hub.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Design & Development

Department: Design & Development (Sheet Metal / Die Casting)

Location: HUB, Baluchistan (Nearby candidates will be preferred)

Qualification:

• B.E. in Mechanical/Industrial & Manufacturing/Automotive Engineering

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Design & Development and Export-related projects within the Automotive Sector (Sheet Metal / Die Casting).

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage CAD design projects throughout the design& development lifecycle.
• Review and validate 3D models, drawings, and manufacturing feasibility to ensure quality and precision.
• Assist in tool design, prototype development, and performance testing.
• Develop 3D CAD models, assembly layouts, and detailed technical drawings.
• Coordinate with CNC, tooling, and die-casting teams during new product development.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analyses for die casting and sheet metal components.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including setup sheets, inspection reports, and process guidelines.
• Monitor and track project timelines to ensure on-time completion.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
