Supervision of Daily Beat Plan:
Team Monitoring & Performance Management:
Reporting & Coordination:
· Monitor daily team performance reports (beat adherence, doctor feedback, area wise productivity).
· Identify non-performing beats, execute change management based on market dynamics.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to build doctor referral channel.
· Work closely with marketing team to align campaigns for doctor outreach and lead generation.
Target Achievement:
· Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets for Referral doctor segment.
· Track performance and provide regular reports and forecast to leadership.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the doctor and clinic ecosystem.
· Own revenue KPIs through the doctor channel and ensure target achievements at regional level.
Business Development and Relationship Management
· Develop Referral channel network through CMEs and Round table meetings with doctors.
· Build and nurture long term relationship with key doctors, Influencers and healthcare networks.
Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, customer support, product and operations team
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
