Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) across the organization. The role serves as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related support, enhancements, and user queries, ensuring system stability, optimal performance, and alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Management & Implementation
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical CRM solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/consultants during implementations and upgrades.
- Ensure CRM solutions align with organizational processes and best practices.
Support & Operations
- Act as the first point of contact for all Microsoft Dynamics CRM support issues and user requests.
- Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests efficiently.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user adoption.
User Training & Adoption
- Provide ongoing guidance to users to enhance CRM utilization and efficiency.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in CRM usage.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare supporting documentation.
Integration & Data Management
- Manage integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, finance, marketing, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and reporting activities.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in defining CRM governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
- Proven experience in CRM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Experience working as a functional or techno-functional CRM resource.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Marketing/Customer Insights, and Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Understanding of workflows, business rules, security roles, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise application environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

- Experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments.
