Job summary:
United King Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Export to support and manage end-to-end export operations. Candidate able to early /ASAP joining are highly desired.
The role involves ensuring compliance with local and international export regulations, coordinating logistics and documentation, supporting financial and banking processes, and working closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of export procedures, excellent coordination skills, and experience handling international customers and shipments.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that all export activities comply with Pakistan’s export regulations as well as the import requirements of the destination countries.
- Prepare and manage all pre-export documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Arrange and process financial instruments in full compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for distributors.
- Prepare proforma invoices for buyers and promptly revise them in accordance with buyer requests.
- Provide all required documentation for the issuance of the CRO to avoid any cancellation charges.
- Ensure the timely submission of complete documentation for ESI.
- Arrange for the timely issuance of insurance certificates.
- Coordinate and complete physical and/or digital inspections for Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS) shipments and submit complete documentation to the banks in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of export shipments and compliance-related activities.
- Ccoordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and highlight logistics-related issues proactively.
- Ensuring timely order fulfilment.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams to align export activities with business operations.
- Daily preparation of sales reports on export performance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of export inquiries, order confirmations, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
- Support the Export Manager in recovering payments from international customers; coordinate with Finance for receivable reconciliations.
- Assist in quality assurance by administering internal standards and coordinating with QC/QA teams for product testing when needed.
- Propose improvements in export processes, customer handling, and operational flow.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.
Job Specification (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in export operations, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan export regulations and international trade documentation
- Hands-on experience with banking instruments, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with EFS, ESI, CRO, and inspection processes
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners
- Strong analytical, reporting, and record-keeping skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timeline

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
